Return & Refund Policy

At LELIA, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

You are allowed to check and try your item once it arrives, while the courier is waiting. If you decide not to keep the item, you can return it immediately to the courier and only pay the delivery fee.

Returns

* Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
* Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
* Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

* No refunds are issued once the order has been accepted.
* If you return the item upon delivery, you will only be charged the delivery fee, and no additional payment will be required.
